In addition to our notary and document services, we also proudly offer personalized wedding officiant services as an ordained minister. Every ceremony is thoughtfully customized to reflect each couple’s relationship, beliefs, values, and vision for their special day. Whether you are planning a traditional wedding, intimate elopement, vow renewal, faith-based ceremony, or non-denominational celebration, we are honored to help create a meaningful and memorable experience tailored specifically to you.
Wedding rehearsal services are also available for an additional fee. Rehearsals help ensure the ceremony flows smoothly by guiding the wedding party through entrances, positioning, timing, and the overall order of events. This added service helps couples and families feel prepared, comfortable, and confident before the wedding day arrives.

Mobile notary services are available by appointment only.
If you are required to have witnesses and need them provided to you that is an additional fee and will need to call to make an appointment so that we can plan ahead of time.

Notarizations
We offer in-office services, convenient mobile notarization brought directly to your home, office, or preferred location, as well as Remote Online Notarization (RON) for clients who prefer to complete their notarization securely online. Ericsson Notary & Services provides professional and reliable notarization for affidavits, powers of attorney, legal documents, and more. Mobile notary services are available by appointment only.

Ericsson Notary & Services provides professional identity verification services for employment documentation, including I-9 Employment Verification, as well as FD-258 fingerprint card processing for background checks, licensing, and other official requirements.
Ericsson Notary & Services offers professional field inspection services to support lenders, insurance companies, and service providers. Our inspections include property verification, occupancy checks, condition reporting, and documentation photography. We also conduct vehicle and equipment inspections, providing accurate on-site verification and detailed reports to ensure reliable documentation for our clients.
An Immigration Form Specialist provides professional assistance with accurately completing and organizing immigration paperwork for submission to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). We help clients understand which forms are needed, ensure all information is properly entered, and organize supporting documents into a complete and well-prepared submission package. This service is designed to reduce errors, save time, and make the process less overwhelming. While we provide thorough document preparation and administrative support, we do not offer legal advice or representation, and our role is strictly focused on helping clients submit clear, accurate, and organized immigration forms.

Additional Services
In addition to notary services, Ericsson Notary & Services offers administrative document support for individuals who need assistance preparing and organizing important paperwork. Our services include document typing based on client-provided information, preparation of general affidavits and written statements, bill of sale templates, authorization letters, minor travel consent forms, and identity or residency affidavits.
We also provide convenient document services such as printing, scanning, copying, faxing, and assistance with organizing paperwork for court or agency submissions. When required, notary services are available to properly notarize sworn statements and signatures.
