Dr. Amy D. Ericsson is the owner and founder of Ericsson Notary & Services, proudly providing professional notary and document services to individuals, families, and businesses throughout Florida. As a commissioned Florida Notary Public, she offers in-office, mobile, and Remote Online Notarization (RON) services designed to provide clients with convenient, dependable, and professional support for their important documents.
With more than 20 years of experience in the medical and professional service fields, Dr. Ericsson has built a reputation for professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality, and compassionate client care. Her background working closely with individuals from many walks of life has given her a deep understanding of the importance of trust, patience, attention to detail, and respectful service.
Dr. Ericsson specialized for many years in behavioral health, addiction recovery support, crisis intervention, and victim advocacy, where she worked closely with individuals and families facing some of life’s most difficult challenges. Her professional experience in these fields strengthened her ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional while helping clients navigate sensitive and important situations.
She is known for creating a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the notarization process. Whether assisting with general notary work, identity verification, affidavits, power of attorney documents, or other important paperwork, Dr. Ericsson is committed to handling every appointment with integrity, professionalism, and care.

Alivia is a Notary Public and Ordained Minister with Ericsson Notary & Services. Known for her professionalism, strong attention to detail, and organized approach, Alivia is committed to providing every client with courteous, dependable, and respectful service.
As a Notary Public, Alivia understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail when assisting clients with their important documents. She approaches each appointment professionally and strives to make the notarization process comfortable and straightforward.
As an Ordained Minister, Alivia is also available to assist with meaningful life ceremonies, including weddings, vow renewals, baptisms and dedications, funerals, memorial services, and celebrations of life. She works with individuals and families to provide ceremonies that are respectful, personal, and reflective of their wishes and traditions.
Alivia serves as a backup notary and minister for Ericsson Notary & Services, helping ensure our clients and families have dependable support when they need it. Larry is a hardworking professional who has proudly served our local community through his work with the county. His strong work ethic, dependability, and calm demeanor help couples feel comfortable and confident throughout the wedding process.
Deeply knowledgeable in the Bible and Christian values, Larry is honored to perform faith-based ceremonies while also respecting each couple's individual preferences. Whether you are planning a simple intimate ceremony or a larger celebration, he brings warmth, professionalism, and heartfelt sincerity to every wedding he officiates.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Gary has built a reputation for dependability, integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Throughout his career, he has worked in demanding roles that required precision, problem-solving, leadership, and a strong commitment to safety and excellence. Courtney Tanis
Courtney is an Ordained Minister who brings a warm, welcoming, and community-centered approach to the individuals and families she serves. As a stay-at-home mother with many years of experience in customer service, she understands the importance of patience, compassion, communication, and helping people feel comfortable, heard, and respected.
As an Ordained Minister, Courtney is available to officiate ceremonies for many of life's meaningful moments, including weddings, vow renewals, funerals, memorial services, and celebrations of life. She has a particular understanding of Pagan and nature-based traditions, as she personally practices the Pagan faith, and is available to perform Pagan weddings, handfasting ceremonies, interfaith ceremonies, and other spiritual or personalized ceremonies.
Courtney believes that every ceremony should reflect the individuals and families involved. Whether celebrating the beginning of a marriage or honoring the life and memory of a loved one, she works closely with those she serves to create a ceremony that respects their beliefs, traditions, values, and wishes.
Her compassionate nature, customer-service experience, knowledge of the community, and genuine respect for people from different backgrounds make Courtney a valued member of our officiant team.
